PARTIES: (1)¡¡¡¡XXXXXXXXXXXX (the ¡°Broker¡±) (2)¡¡¡¡XXXXXXXXXXXX (¡°the client¡±). INTRODUCTION: (A)¡¡¡¡The Client claim to have bearers bonds for EUR 550,000.00 at his disposal. He wishes to deposit these bonds with a bank and obtain a Credit facilities backed by the bonds. (B)¡¡¡¡The ¡®Broker¡¯ offers to organise all aspect of the negotiation of the bonds. The contract must be 10 pages long minimum and favour/protect the brooker. The contract is between a Luxembourg based company and a Seychelles based brooker.
