I need some work done on the site http://dev.highwoodkennels.co.uk) and have the information detailed below: USER ADMIN To create an user area with login, with password retrieval on the existing site. This will be to hold the; user accounts, dog (s) details, reservations, past bookings, dog profile. Inside the 'account details' will be first name and last name, address and postcode, tel, mobile, emergency number and email address. This will be able to be added and edited by the user in the ??ser account??tab. Inside the 'dogs details' will be: All the details filled out by the user about their dog, medicines and food etc. This will be able to be added and edited by the user in the user ??og (s) details??tab. Inside ??eservations??will be the reservations details. When users try and fill in the reservations form on the front-end they will be directed to the login page, if they are a current user they will log in and see their details that they have previously filled out so they will not need to fill it all out again, they will just enter the new booking dates in the form. If it is a new user, they will need to register and log in, they will then be directed to the reservation form for them to fill out the details (the process is detailed below). Inside 'past bookings' will be a list of past bookings with dates that the user has had in the past. So if the user has reserved with us before, there will be a record of the dates that they registered using the dates from the reservation form. Inside dog profile will be several options. It is only an optional feature for the user. A user can upload picture of dog, enter the type of dog, age, male-female, subject line and paragraph (text area) about dog. There will be a check box to allow the profile to be online or offline on the front-end, the profile will default to offline until checked by ADMIN. The dog profile will need to featured on the front end, under Dog Profiles page and users will be able to view dog profiles, like a dog dating website! ;) We also want the user to be able to post their dog to Facebook on the front end. All dog profiles need to be verified by ADMIN before they go live on the front end. OWNER ADMIN AREA All user accounts: Under this tab will be listed all user accounts. When clicking on each user the accounts will be shown in full. Reservations: When a user submits the reservation form the ADMIN area needs to be notified. Under this tab will be the reservation forms sent, listed under dates and the user. CMS: will have the whole site admin CMS area to change the body text and images throughout the website. Gallery: The gallery Admin area will be (already established) relocated to this new admin area. THE PROCESS RESERVATION: Unregistered user: User goes to reservation form > redirects to login/register page > user registers > goes to account details (fills in details) > goes to dog details (fills in details) > goes to reservations (fills in details) > goes to terms and conditions (check box tick) > submits > redirects to user account. Registered user: User goes to reservation form > redirects to login/register page > user fills in username and password > goes to account details (checks details are correct) > goes to dog details (checks details are correct) > goes to reservations (checks details are correct/changes date and times) > goes to terms and conditions (check box tick) > submits > redirects to user account. THE PROCESS AFTER SUBMISSION FOR THE FORM: Unregistered user form details: Form details (complete account details including reservation and dogs details) are stored into the admin area. It is also emailed to reservations@highwoodkennels.co.uk . Registered user form details: Form details (complete account details including reservation and dogs details) details are stored into the admin area. It is also emailed to reservations@highwoodkennels.co.uk . When a registered user submits the form, we would like the details that have been changed to be highlighted in red, the details that have remained the same should be left in black. THE FORM: A full list of details to go on each form process will be supplied. |
