How we do it

Senior consultant: Consultant plays an essential role in defining a fit cooperation process, identifying potential risks and providing valuable solution throughout whole process.

Daily work process：In each day, our developer follows this work process. Estimate work/task for at least 8 hours. Each tasks will not exceed 6 hours. Deliver work at the end of the day, update the work plan, and make the new estimation for the next 8 hours. He/She will have close communication with client.

TargetProcess: TargetProcess is a powerful tool we use to support daily tracking in whole cooperation. It reduces mistakes and saves costs in Planning, tracking, especially testing.

1. Plan-Developer releases plan and iteration after discussion with client. The iteration includes several User Stories. Client can define each User Story which a unit of work within 16 hours.
   
   
2. Tasks-Developer split each User Story to several tasks such as specification, development and test.
   
   
3. Track-Client tracks and controls the progress easily via TargetProcess Time Sheet and uses this information to show real project progress.
   Progress tracking is essential for agile development. The only way to have actual information is asking people who are doing the tasks: Developers, Testers, etc. Client can track time spent and time remaining for each activity from all team members daily and know the progress information via TargetProcess.
   
   
• Daily Progress: Progress table shows how much effort remains to complete each User Story/Task in selected Sprint. Client monitors real time of each work in Targetprocess.
  
  
  
  
• Task Board: Task Board shows current iteration overview and allows you to quickly change task states and do some other popular actions.
  
  
  
  
4. Kanban Board-Client will visually know more the flow of User Stories and Bugs via Kanban Board.
   
   
   
   
5. Receiving invoice and paying for work at the end of working month/iteration. The Real Time in invoice will be collected from tracking data in TargetProcess.
   
   
6. Received feedback from client for promotion. Client’s feedback is very important to us so we could improve developer’s performance continuously.
