You send us the details of the resources need. We will then search our enrolled professional database, choose the professionals that have the appropriate qualifications and send you their resumes.
You select one or more professionals that you think might be suitable and get back to us. We will then schedule interviews between you.
After the interviews, if you still cannot make decision on which one to choose, we would suggest that you can have them work on small test projects. You will then better understand their capabilities.
Once you select the best candidates by interviews or test projects, you will then be requested to escrow monthly/project fee, based on an agreed contract, to our account before asking the vendor to start work. We will then act as a neutral third party. Upon receiving your funds transferring, we will then inform the provider to start work. At the end of each month/project, we'll ask for your comments on the vendors' work and whether or not to release all or part of the fee to the vendor. After receiving your approval, we will then release the funds to the vendor.
If none of the candidates meet your requirements, we will continue to search for suitable applicants.
